The names Sabina, also known as Kid Keehl on the interwebs, but you may call me what you want.
I'm a 14 year old sophmore in highschool, and soon to be 15. I'm protective of my friends and family, if you say something to them or hurt them in any way, I am one who does not tolerate this stuff. I love Anime and Manga, ever since I was a child. My mom had told me about how she used to watch Speed Racer, Astro Boy and many other Anime's when she was younger. Which led me to who I am now. I guess it started out with Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon and Dragonball Z and then it just expanded into the wide range of anime I watch now.
Manga and Anime has also inspired me to become and artist, and hopefully sometime in the future i'll be able to go to an Art College and maybe become an American Manga-ka.
I love to cosplay, and it wasn't till recently that I started to cosplay. The first time I cosplayed was at Anime Boston 2008, and I had a blast, ever since then, i've been in photoshoots and have attented events. My second con was no other than the sister of New York Anime Festival, Comic Con '08. This year i'm truly looking forward to NYAF, for it'll be my first time at NYAF, look out for me.
Oh, one thing, I love Yaoi and Yuri. It's amazing. The person who is usually the perfect pair for my cosplay is no other than then my love. And i'll be willing to do fanservice for anyone
So basically...you can say i'm you're everyday Otaku!

I guess Yaori sounds too much like a real word. Or maybe the feminists need Yuri to be the base of the new word. OH I DUNNO. I should just go with the rest of fandom, I guess! *skips off to join the fandom* Ugh I loved that Axel and Roxas, they just kind of, glowed with happiness, and it was contagious. I can't believe you kids and your anime moms!! Sometimes I really wish that I could bring my parents to a con or something and show them why this stuff makes me so happy, but I just can't! I may have told people this story on Cosplay day, but I'll tell it again just for fun. I had never really watched Inuyasha, but my friends were so into it so I thought I'd try it out. I sat down in the living room one night to watch it while my mom sat there knitting. If you know Inuyasha at all you can already guess what was going on in the episode, and about halfway through, my mom puts her knitting down, looks at the TV screen and goes, "Shut Up!" She used to watch this one anime called Candy Candy when she was like, six and living in Costa Rica, but that was it. I now watch my anime alone in my house so that I can interact with the show (often by yelling "SAKUJOUUUUU!!") in peace without anyone giving me looks. But watching anime with friends who know what's going on is so much fun, because then you can all interact with the show! (Now imagine eight people chanting "Sakujousakujousakujousakujou...") Ah that reminds me of anime club stories, but I'll save those for another day. Does your school have an anime club? I decided to teach mine the Hare Hare Yukai, because it was like, "You're not an anime fan until you know this dance and the definition of the word 'moe'." My other friend also knew the dance so she was helping, and I had made her a Suzumiya school uniform, and she wore it to club but she didn't want to dance while wearing it, so I grabbed her by the arms and I was like "Look how cute she is it's so moe, she'd make a perfect-" and so on like Haruhi was doing to Mikuru in one of those first episodes. Everyone else was like, "Come on Stacey dance!" but she still wouldn't do it, and finally I was like "Stacey don't make me grab your boobs like Haruhi!" and she went "Noooooo!" and danced no problem. Sometimes threatening is necessary! *laugh* Omg I seriously can't wait to see your Death Note Motteke video. When are you filming? I have to get started next Monday after work. I'm really excited for it! I wonder if I'll randomly see other people working on vidoes? That would be awesome!

    guess, I like Yaori though.
If you wanna go with the rest of the fandom go ahead, do what you'd like.
ANIME MOMS ARE THE BOMB! 8D
    Yeah, I see.
I wanna bring my mom to a con too, because, i just wanna. She might though one day...because I wanted to cosplay Lelouch Lamperouge, with my little bro as Rolo, and my mommy as Lelouch's mommy. C:
xD I would yell shut-up too.
OH, Candy Candy. My mom used to watch that when she was younger too.
XD Haha, yelling Sakujou with a bunch of friends would be so fun.
    Haha, Anime Club ftw.
But no, we have an Asian Culture Club...which I call anime because that's what we like, talk about most.
LMFAO, teaching people the Hare Hare Yukai is fun.
And that's cool she made you friend the school uniform. And yes, threatening is fun at times.
I'm not sure when i'm filming, I still have to see withy my friends.
And yeah, other people working on Videos would be amazing.

Are you kidding, that completely sucks. Well, at least you got to have some anime fun before school starts. I keep thinking that I have to start college in September, but I'm taking a semester off. I'm so happy about that. ^^ Anyway yeah I don't get it either. I mean yaoi and yuri are different in more ways than one (It's not just the lack of a p***s that separates one from the other), but at the same time, they're both homosexual relationships so it's odd to be against one kind and not the other. Speaking of being against, I used to be so against Mello/Near, but 1.Mello's a slut and we all know it (it's part of what makes him so hot) and 2. Both the English and the Japanese VAs for them got something going on. The night that I saw that episode I was fanfic-ing like crazy, it was awesome. Hahaha fanservice, at NYAF last year there was this pair, a Roxas and an Axel, and they were both girls but every once in a while you'd catch them making out, and it was amazing because they were both such great cosplayers, but you were like, "Wait, is it yaoi, or yuri?" I think Yuraoi works just fine! Although I think I may like Yaori better... Either way, they were the best. Ugh, when I saw the English version of that Bleach episode, THAT was when I cried. It was partly because of a bunch of other things going on with my friends though, and then Yoruichi and Soifon and all of their feelings were just not a good addition that night. My sister was there like, "Wtf is wrong with you they're cartoon characters!" It's true, but at the same time, once you're an all-out anime fan, they're not just cartoon characters anymore. Anyway, the English Death Note voices. I think that all of the VAs that were chosen were amazing at their jobs, but the only one that matched his character perfectly was Ryuk. Like, I loved L's voice as a voice, but his Japanese seiyuu was just way too perfect for me to ever allow anyone else to take his place. I had been really excited for Mello's voice though, I thought that they might do it right, but I was disappointed. I don't think that even the Japanese version does him justice. At least the English version got Matt's voice better, though. It was completely normal, but there was something seriously off in the Japanese version. And Light and L had perfect chemistry in the Japanese version. The whole foot-massage-fan-service scene was actually sad; for some reason the English version had me giggling. O_o Anyway, talk to you later!

It does suck, completely. But i'm happy I did. And lucky you! D:
Yeah, very true.Meh, I don't see why it bothers people so much. I find it kinda pointless if you're going to be against one.
XD Mello is a slut, like one of the biggest ones in the Anime world, sad really. Wait what do you mean...got something going on...i'm very slow atm, my brain isn't working. And yeah, I used to fanfic a lot...not as much anymore. I'm so boring now. It's sad.
Oh, yeah, I think I know who you're talking about, I wasn't at NYAF, but i'm pretty sure I saw the Axel at Anime Boston this year, I was amazed at her cosplay. And ahaha nice. I called it Yaori once and I had a bunch of my friends go "IT'S CALLED YURAOI!" Well, if it's a crossplaying girl atleast. And they were.
Yeah, the english version was sad, I was almost crying. I loved all the emotions in Soifon's english voice, it was great and went with her amazingly. And man, i'm sorry. Hopefully all is good now? But yeah, I understand, my mom is like "Okay..." whenever I cry over an anime...but she understands, she was Otaku once when she was way younger. She still likes anime though, I got her into Death Note, Code Geass, Haruhi Suzumiya and Gurren Lagann. She loves Cowboy Bebop though, it's funny. But yeah...once you get the point where you may call yourself "Otaku" anime becomes kind of like...a part of you...something special, y'know?
And yes, Ryuuk's VA did an excellent job. But then again Brad Swaile did good too. I didn't like L's voice to much, but I got used to it, and Matt's voice was great.
And yeah, the foot massage scene in eglish had me like "Okay...wtf...O,o" with like that expression exactly. It was sad. And yeah. Later~

Hey Mello! I was Matt on Cosplay Day. How're you doing? I was just reading your profile-description thingie. It's amazing that you're not afraid of yuri. I was at AnimeNext in the summer and I met these adorable cosplayers that were like, sexy-jutsu-type-versions of Akatsuki members and I took tons of pictures of them, and they said "Oooh can we do a yuri pose?" and I was like, "Sure! Yuri, yaoi, it's all good! Go for it!" and the other Akatsuki members we were hanging around with were all saying "Yaoi, definitely, but yuri, no way." Then me and one of my friends were talking about Bleach and she said, "The only yuri pairing that ever even occured to me was Soifon and cat-girl," (she actually said 'catgirl'. I was like, "You mean Yoruichi right, you sorry excuse for a fangirl?") Then I watched the Japanese episode where they were fighting, and at the end when Soifon burst into tears and sobbed and all that, I totally felt it. Kinda like in English Death Note, when Mello said "Near," and Near replied, "Mello." that was honestly the first moment that Mello/Near occured to me as something that might be good, even though I had been reading Death Note way before the anime came out. Matt/Mello is my otp, but with both the Japanese and the English seiyuu/VAs for Near and Mello, it was like, "Sexual tension, much?" Oh my gosh, tell me how the episode where Matt and Mello died was on the Saturday night of AnimeNext! I watched it that night and it was so depressing. :( Oh boy, I practically gave you a life story to read. *laugh*

NAH, MATT! <3 I'm doing fine thank you, just a little upset that school starts next week. How are you doing?
And thanks, is it really that amazing? Meh, I don't see why people are like "Oh yeah Yaoi, but no Yuri. >:O" It's really no different at all...I find it funny though...most people who do "Yaoi" fanservice are girls cosplaying guys...so it's both no...It's YURAOI! XD
And they said Cat-girl? Are you serious...okay that's just sad, it really is, I mean, I understand if you barely know anything about Bleach, but if you're going to call yourself a fangirl atleast have the decency(sp?) to know one of the important characters names. I mean, even my little brother knows her name., and he doesn't even like Bleach that much. That's saying something...especially when you're a fan, and a 10 year old knows the characters name. But yeah...I kinda cried in the Japanese version of the episode. Especially when she fell and Yoruichi was just staring at her I was just like "COME ON YORUICHI, DO SOMETHING!"
But yeah, the english version of Death Note portrayed that part very well, and it was surprising. (Though i'm too fond of their voices.) And i totally understand, like the entire time it does feel like there is a bit of sexual tension there. And the Matt episode was sad, I could feel the tears building up in the corner of my eyes. Matt was so awesome, he didn't deserve to die....the least they could've done was give him a bit more screen time.
And it's not a life story. XD It's fine.
